Family Checkin is a quick online activity so you can see how your family is going with your social and emotional wellbeing. It helps you understand how you can strengthen the emotional system in your family to make it even more successful and and setting your children up for good mental health.

Our inspiring Family Hangouts have been developed for our partner organisations, targeting employees with families.
Family Hangout incorporates all the ingredients of a Ready > Steady > Go program including games, a parenting session, story circles, special parent-child connection activity and a group challenge. The program can be held at your workplace or at a community facility.
We hold Parent Talks and online webinars for people who work at our partner organisations.
Our inspiring Parent Talks target employees with families and are customised for the audience and focus on strengthening connection and emotional wellbeing in families. We invite parents to “be the best parent you can be”.
